  • Transmission method :
    A stepless transmission (EST system) without a separate transmission control unit

    According to the blade rpm and the gemerator's torque, the EST system performs automatics variable transmission on its own (output with a certain rpm and torque suitable for the power generation).

  • An optional system that can be selected for the EST basic system :
    A system that automatically controls the torque at the time of stepless transmission.

  • Functions of the optional system
    The conditions of the blade and generation capacity, which change moment-by-moment in line with the wind speed, can be handled through the automatic transmission torque control in a precise and optimal way by the sensor's detection. In such manner, when the speed of wind increases, the automatic transmission torque intensity can be enhanced, making it possible to generate high efficiency within the available torque range.

  • Applied effect :
    1) Same as those of the basic system
    2) Capable of additional power generation within the available torque when the wind speed increases.
    3) For the additional generation load when the wind speed rises, the system will respond with stepless transmission to secure the stability of the wind pwer generation system.

    (Blade Torque (1rpm)÷EST ratio) x 0.7(70% efficiency)

    - An Optional system :
    EST output torque of Basic system x Blade rpm
    = EST output torque (Min~Max) of Optional system
